4. Penelitian dan pengembangan SPR sensor berbasis organic light emitting diode (OLED).
5. Studi reliability power device berbasis multifinger CMOS dengan struktur bend gate.
6. Studirealibility CMOS latch-up padaaplikasi boot-strapp
7. Studi reliability struktur AlGaN/GaN HEMT berbasis AlN passivation.
8. Studi reliability penetrasi Boron di SiO2 pada  implantasi BF2.
